Jonathan is a mediator, lawyer, and alternative dispute resolution specialist. His experience as a dispute resolution practitioner includes resolution of disputes in the fields of real estate, contracts, insurance, labour and employment, condominiums and personal injury. As a roster mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program (OMMP), he provides mediation services for civil disputes that originate in Toronto, Ottawa, Windsor that are subject to mandatory mediation or in other locations where the parties to civil litigation agree to use a mediator's help to resolve their dispute.

Jonathan has been accredited with the designation Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) by the ADR Institute of Canada. He is currently an Adjunct law professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he teaches courses on Negotiation and Mediation.
